Permitting will only help protect your investment. Our government, for all of its flaws, has put permitting into place to protect you from shady contractors looking to cut corners.
Permitting will not cost you anything. We pay a couple of hundred dollars on the avg job to pull the necessary permits, and we are happy to absorb that cost in order to provide the best service and enhance our reputation in the community.
One of the benefits of hiring a licensed builder is that we can pull all of our own permits without you having to do a thing.
Cosmetic upgrades do not need permitting. We are happy to refresh your space without pulling any permits, and a lot of basement upgrades do not require any permits or inspections.
